Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Assess communication and swallowing disorders; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure effective care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Ensure quality service delivery in accordance with clinical best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Proven experience in speech and language therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in pediatric or clinical therapy settings.
