Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Nights shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, respond to changes, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or eligible for licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a med/surg, ICU, or stepdown unit.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with flexibility for weekend requirements.
• Experience with ventilators, specialty beds, and CRRT is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a burn ICU or similar high-acuity environment.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.
• Proven adaptability to float and work in various patient care units.
