Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, including dysrhythmias, and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, documentation, and facility protocols.
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using the Epic system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS/Telemetry nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience interpreting dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring.
• Ability to work night shifts with 12-hour schedules.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a community hospital setting.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems, specifically Epic.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including the possibility of block scheduling if approved.
