Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient sessions and progress
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patients
- Knowledge of interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient needs
