Key Responsibilities

• Support occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress
• Prepare therapeutic activities and ensure patient safety during sessions
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

Required Qualifications

• Certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health records
