Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-specific PT license or certification
- Proven experience as a licensed physical therapist
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and mobility assessment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
- Bilingual abilities a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
