• Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting.
• Complete and review Resident Assessment Protocols, including the MDS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Maintain residents’ privacy, dignity, and confidentiality while supporting their overall well-being.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams through facility systems.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on care plans and health status.
• Document care activities accurately using electronic medical records systems.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies to ensure quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice (North Dakota).
• Certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) through AANAC within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of MDS/RAI process and basic nursing skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
