Travel, Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown units.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changing health needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current registered nurse license in the state of North Carolina or appropriate compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a critical care, stepdown, or similar unit.
- Practical knowledge of ICU or stepdown patient care procedures.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts reliably.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments.
