Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients of diverse ages and needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Support patients in achieving therapy goals and improving communication skills

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Proven experience in speech and language therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and compliance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient, pediatric, or inpatient settings
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency (a plus)
