Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities
- Assess clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in occupational therapy practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of specific therapy techniques and tools
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
