Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Sudbury, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts, Contract / CMS compliance required, Credentialing required
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans and clinical protocols.
• Complete documentation related to patient care and coordinate with ATI outside of the standard clearance packet prior to assignment.
• Ensure timely start of assignment, with initial compact licensing acceptable but must obtain permanent license immediately.
• Maintain active licensing and comply with all credentialing and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support patient recovery and therapy goals.
• Adhere to facility dress code and parking instructions provided on the first day.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and current Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in clinical setting(s).
• Ability to complete necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable working full-time days, Monday through Friday.
• Equipment provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and clinical workflows.
