Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions using evidence-based interventions.
• Develop individualized care plans, provide therapeutic exercises and manual techniques, and educate patients on self-management strategies.
• Document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR) and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Assist in departmental training and orientation, adapting to the needs of new hires.
• May require floating to inpatient units or additional departments during low census or holidays, if qualified.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed by the Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board or eligible for PT-CP (Physical Therapist Compact Privilege).
• Recent outpatient experience.
• BLS certification through AHA.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
