- Full-time, contract (13 weeks) – Days shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the GI/Endoscopy lab for various procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Bronchoscopies, and more.
- Assist with procedures and ensure patient safety during moderate sedation.
- Maintain documentation and follow hospital policies for patient care.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and unit guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- ACLS certification.
- Experience with EGD, Colonoscopy, and ERCP procedures.
- Ability to perform moderate sedation in collaboration with another RN.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Bronchoscopy, EBUS, and robotic bronchoscopies.
- Knowledge of Meditech EMR system.
- Capable of handling various GI procedures with confidence.
