• Full-time, weekday shifts with flexibility, 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Collaborate with clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes accurately

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a varied caseload
• BLS certification (preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a SNF or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient needs

Note: Compensation includes a 10% salary placement fee. Salary range: $44/hr - $55/hr. The shift includes 8.5-hour workdays.
