Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in meetings with the Directors of Rehabilitation (DOR) to update on patient care and center specifics.
• Ensure compliance with all therapy standards and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 8.5 hours per shift availability.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends (flexible schedule).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working within SNF or long-term care settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of documentation and billing standards.
