Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (Flexibility with Sunday- Saturday schedule)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress accurately
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Patient care experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
