Key Responsibilities
• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients across all age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support mental health and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Support underserved populations in a rural healthcare setting.

Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LISW license in Iowa.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience working in rural or medically underserved settings.
• Knowledge of behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use.
