• Full-time, Days shifts, 35 hours per week, flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop personalized care plans
• Assess patients’ communication and swallowing abilities and implement therapy interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate care with healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations in SNF settings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
