Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a hospital outpatient setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
• Contribute to patient recovery and overall department goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year outpatient therapy experience.
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
• Experience with outpatient care preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to adapt flexibly to shift schedules (5x8s or 4x10s).
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
