- Contract, 13 weeks, full-time (36 guaranteed hours weekly), on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient observations, care provided, and progress notes accurately
- Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Montana
- Minimum of 12-hour shift availability (days and nights mix)
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Ability to work a full week (7 shifts per week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- BLS/CPR certification
