Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general MSK/Ortho patient population.
• Perform 12-14 patient visits per day, with flexibility for double-booking follow-up visits.
• Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Assist with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes under the supervision of the director.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be pre-approved.
• Flex to other clinics as needed, with local candidates (within 50 miles) eligible for local rate.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PT Assistant license or certification.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients per day.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in MSK/Ortho outpatient settings.
• Willingness to adhere to productivity expectations.
• Ability to manage a busy schedule and double-book follow-ups.
