Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient speech therapy services to adult patients in a medical setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
Required Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Georgia Speech Therapist license
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification (CCC)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related specialty
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with adult patients in a medical setting
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government regulations
