Key Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Collaborate effectively with supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Complete accurate documentation in designated healthcare software systems
- Provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexibility and ability to collaborate within team settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred (mentorship available for 0-1 year of experience)
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
