- Full-time, onsite
- Mids shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with care plans
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient observations and interventions clearly and promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license/certification in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
