Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Akron, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 3 shifts per week (12 hours each)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients according to physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatments as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
• Active Ohio state license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT accepted) in hand at submission
• NBRC certification for Respiratory Therapists
• Current BLS certification in hand at submission
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an RRT
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen within the required timeframe
• Ability to meet compliance requirements, including timely BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in clinical hospital settings, preferably in acute care or ICU environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to float to different facilities as needed
