Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including cardiac and respiratory status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide critical interventions as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Nursing License (OH or Multi-State Compact) at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care or CVICU setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening; no prior license hits.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO management and pump support.
• Prior experience in adult critical care units.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
