• Full-time, temporary (13-week assignment), night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in intermediate, progressive, and step-down units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Document patient assessments and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.
• Float to other units as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or relevant state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent progressive care, IMC, or step-down experience.
• Telemetry competency.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotate weekends.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and rapid assessment skills.
• Strong patient-focused attitude, compassionate, team-oriented, and positive personality.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with quick patient turnover.
