• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete documentation and patient records accurately and timely, including specific requirements for ATI
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
• Maintain active licensure and meet credentialing standards as specified

Required Qualifications
• Valid and active physical therapy license
• Experience in a clinical setting as a physical therapist
• Ability to complete documentation directly with ATI as required
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
• Credentialing requirements fulfilled per contract standards

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
• Knowledge of billing and documentation procedures related to therapy services
• Experience working with ATI documentation protocols
