Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to patients experiencing severe medical issues such as heart attack, stroke, shock, trauma, or respiratory distress.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and monitor vital signs.
- Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment including ventilators and monitors.
- Administer intravenous medications and fluids, perform wound care, and assist physicians with procedures.
- Respond to life-saving emergencies following established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and support patient families.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license (ID multi-state compact license preferred).
- Current ACLS & BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in community hospital settings.
- EMR proficiency.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
