Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 3x12 Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients based on physician orders and patient needs
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust protocols as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and progress in patient records
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and accreditation standards
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed, including weekends

Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio respiratory therapist license in hand at time of submission
• Active NBRC certification (CRT or RRT accepted) and BLS certification in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT
• Must include all work history, especially Cleveland Clinic experience, in submissions
• Clear background check with no license restrictions or hits
• Ability to pass nicotine and drug screening within 12 months of start date
• Ability to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract
• Must be nicotine-free and fully compliant with facility drug screening policies

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in acute care hospital settings
• Familiarity with Cleveland Clinic procedures and protocols
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
