Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to patients to improve their daily living and work skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Support patients through therapeutic exercises and activities under supervision
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current CPR certification
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
