Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a local facility.
• Work approximately 8 hours per shift, with guaranteed hours of 36-40 per week depending on shift length.
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation through personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow facility guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of treatments.
• Adhere to scheduling, shift, and geographic requirements, maintaining local placement within 80 miles.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
• Prior experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with dependable attendance.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with local healthcare facilities and community needs.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments.

Additional Notes
This role involves local placements with an adjusted bill rate of $8.00 for standard and OT services. No charge differential is applicable at Good Samaritan facilities. There is no on-call or callback commitment. A $500 fee will be billed if the clinician backs out or resigns with less than a 14-day notice. If housing is used, local rates apply.
Work week runs from Sunday through Saturday, with scheduled shifts of 8 hours each.
