• Surgical Technician - Night Shift

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Contract (Travel), Night shift (5x8 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring proper sterile techniques and instrumentation handling.
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment prior to procedures.
• Follow documented protocols and procedures related to surgical support.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain a smooth workflow during night shifts.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including credentialing and fingerprinting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio (or applicable state) surgical technician license or credential.
• Relevant certification from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE).
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and credentialing process promptly.
• Must be available for night shifts, 8 hours per shift.
• At least 2 professional references, including at least one from a supervisor or leadership role.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a surgical setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
• Familiarity with Ohio fingerprinting and credentialing procedures.
• Experience with travel assignments is a plus.
