• 40 hours per week, with various shift options including 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10s
• Must be available to work 2 evenings per week (until 7:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Schedule treatments typically at a rate of 2 per hour, with evaluations lasting 1 hour
• Maintain productivity levels between 55-63 patients per week
• Document patient progress using Raintree electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and notify employer with 30 days' notice for any cancellations

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings until 7:00 pm
• Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment (reimbursed $180 upon proof of completion and after working at least one shift)
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a high patient volume in outpatient settings
• Knowledge of Raintree EMR system
