• Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients across multiple units, including Neuro ICU if experienced.
• Float between units as needed, adhering to patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3.
• Follow hospital protocols and dress codes, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including holiday work and on-call requirements.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Participate in required training modules and maintain necessary certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license; compact license acceptable.
• At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend.
• Successful completion of required modules and compliance policies.
• Willingness to float between units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous Neuro ICU experience preferred.
• Experience with acute care settings in a Level II Trauma Center.
