Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, full-time (5 shifts per week), 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Document patient progress and appropriate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Current license or certification as a Physical Therapist or PTA (PT preferred but will consider PTA)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist or PTA in California
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices
