Job Title
• Therapist – Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Richmond, VA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Assess patient respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Operate and monitor respiratory therapy equipment and ventilators
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Document treatments and patient progress in electronic health records
• Float within scope of practice as needed throughout the facility

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Valid license or certification as a Respiratory Therapist in VA or a compact state (must be in hand at submission)
• EPIC charting experience required
• Willingness to travel and adapt to unit needs during assignment
• Ability to submit to fingerprinting per Virginia regulations (results required prior to start)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• BSN preferred but not required
• Experience in a hospital environment with complex patient cases
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and state-of-the-art technology

Additional Notes

• Orientation modules will be provided on-site and must be completed by the end of the first week
