Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to pediatric patients in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
• Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols during nighttime hours
• Document patient interactions and treatment details accurately in medical records

Required Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Respiratory Therapist license at the time of submission
• Valid driver’s license (must be included with submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience
• RRT credential required; CRT not accepted
• Experience working in a hospital setting, ideally in pediatric care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric experience is required
• Knowledge of Cerner electronic health record system preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule when needed
