Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicate changes in patients’ clinical conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric facility.
• Valid OH RN license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (through American Heart Association).
• CPI certification (attached to submission packet).
• Must use designated submission template; submissions without it will be rejected.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations in behavioral health.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
