Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic and other outpatient populations
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans for patients
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, including follow-up visits
• Collaborate with clinical team and share float coverage as needed across clinics
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours, pending supervisor approval for OT hours
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, with double-booking of follow-ups as required

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willing to accept new grads and first-time travelers
• Ability to work a standard 8-hour day

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy background
• Experience working in a float or multi-clinic role
• Willingness to accept travel assignments
