Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, dayshift (Monday through Friday, 7AM - 5PM), 4 days per week, on-call Saturday mornings, with scheduled late days (6-8 per month). Floating to other units/departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with 24 to 32 cardiac and electrophysiology procedures daily, including EP sedation, circulation, and monitoring IV conscious sedation and hemodynamic procedures.
• Scrub in on all diagnosis and interventional cases alongside physicians.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as Cardiolab, Insight 3D Mapping, IABP, Rotoblator, IVUS, Coronary Flow Wire, Laser, and more.
• Document procedures accurately within the electronic health records system.
• Collaborate with a team of RN and techs per case, supporting smooth and efficient procedure flow.
• Provide quality patient care before, during, and after procedures in a specialized cardiac cath and EP lab environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Compact License for Maryland
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath/EP Lab setting
• Ability to assist with high-volume procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with hemodynamic systems, ACT, IABP, Rotoblator, IVUS, Laser, and related cardiac equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to float between units and adapt to varied procedures
