- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
- Honokaa, HI
Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, Part-time (1 shift per week), 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Notify physicians or nurse practitioners of pertinent patient information
- Manage admitting and discharging patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), wound care, gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulizer treatments, and CPAP care
- Provide other assigned duties to support patient care and safety
Required Qualifications
- Hawaii State Registered Nurse license (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Ability to perform assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Familiarity with wound vac, gastrostomy, and advanced patient care procedures
