Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Support patients in their therapy sessions to promote recovery and independence.
• Document patient's progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Follow established procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both patients and team members.

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification/license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and patient care plans.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
