• Days, Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for a 31-bed mixed acuity unit supporting medicine services, stepdown, and med/surg patients.
• Document patient care using EPIC electronic health record system.
• Administer medications and perform med titrations, including CPAP/BiPAP therapy.
• Capable of managing charge duties and providing clinical support as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes and safety.
• Adapt to float requirements within the organization as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a stepdown, PCU, or similar acute care setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Comfortable with CPAP/BiPAP, med titrations, and charge nurse responsibilities.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and float within the organization.
• Pass all required travel and credentialing compliance, including fingerprinting within specified deadlines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC documentation system.
• Familiarity with medication management and medical equipment such as Omnicell.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
