Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and sports medicine patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Ensure productivity expectations of 60 visits per week are met, with up to 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with clinic team and coordinate patient care as necessary.
• Double-book follow-up appointments to optimize patient flow.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Kentucky.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with supervisor approval for OT hours.
• Ability to see a high volume of patients and manage a dynamic caseload.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic or sports medicine settings.
• Previous outpatient therapy experience.
