Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision
- Monitor patient progress and document responses
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Support patient rehabilitation activities
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Proven experience in physical therapy assistance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Knowledge of treatment procedures and documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or acute care settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
