Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a healthcare setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess client needs and progress, adjusting therapy as necessary.
• Cover weekends as required to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work a 40-hour workweek, with 8-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Must be a certified Occupational Therapist to practice in Hawaii.
• Valid Hawaii state license or certification in occupational therapy.
• Ability to work dayshift hours and accommodate weekend coverage.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy as applicable.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not required.
