• Full-time, day shift, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a busy Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Support a team-based nursing model with ratios of 1:12, including RNs, LPNs, and virtual nurses
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care for Level I Trauma patients
• Assist in patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact license
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center required
• Knowledge of Cerner electronic health record system preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Large hospital or trauma center experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to float between units within a 20-mile radius
• BLS certification must be current and maintained throughout the assignment
