Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing therapy plans for patients.
• Support patients in developing skills necessary for daily living and work activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
• Prepare therapy materials and ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and recovery.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of Maryland.
• Prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with adult or pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
