Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, interdisciplinary staff, and physicians regarding clinical conditions.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Valid Idaho RN license or multi-state RN license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- CPI certification (Crisis Prevention Institute).
- Must use designated template for submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in community hospital facilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
